Last month, Pierre Koshakji spoke about human flourishing, but how do you start? This month, Darren will share a 'how to' process.
The world may offer comfort, but organizations and their people were made for greatness. Yet, many get stuck in a state of mediocrity—a word whose Latin roots mean "halfway up the mountain". They suffer from one of two problems: a powerful mission that lacks the goals and traction to make it real, or ambitious goals that lack a unifying mission to give them meaning.
This interactive, 30-minute session is your starter guide to flourishing. We will embark on the "Mission Mountain Climb," a process designed to help you gain clarity on your personal mission or unique impact on humanity. You will learn how to move beyond simply setting goals and instead align them with your mission.
Stop climbing halfway up the mountain. In this session, you will gain a framework to connect your deepest purpose to daily performance and lead yourself on the path to greatness.

Spent the last 10 years leading the design & creation of the IntegratedLife.Network. We've built a community of executives interested in the integration of faith & work and leading an integrated life and enterprise. Learning to lead an integrated life is your individual path to discovering your greatness.
Your path is paved with clarifying your mission, building character strength, and principled decision-making. Leading an integrated enterprise is your individual enterprise's path to discovering its greatness. Implementing a Hiring, Training, and Accountability for Mission & Traction program is how you free up time to make a collective impact and lead an integrated enterprise. At an individual and enterprise level, Mission without Traction is fruitless, and Traction without Mission is meaningless. Balance is elusive, but you can achieve integration right now.

Great Men Meetings Take Place on the 4th Wednesday of Each Month
Join in our mission aspiring to be Great Men by "Walking in the Path of St Joseph"
Subscribe to our newsletter and be notified of our upcoming events.
The Great Men Program is for men who are committed to being better. Being better means being fully engaged with our faith, our marriage, our fatherhood, and our friendships.
The way we do this is by aspiring to "Walk in the Path of St. Joseph"
We invite all men to join in our mission for a powerfully engaged man in every home. Why? Because Great Men value full engagement with other great men. We have so much to learn from each other and so much to offer to the great men in our community who are husbands, fathers, friends, colleagues, and Christians.
The Great Men Program meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 7:30-8:45pm (come early or stay late). We hope to see you there.
- The Great Men Program
I once again want to thank you for a fantastic program that is actually helping us become better men in the eyes of God, our family, and friends. Most importantly, it is the one or two things that I am able to take away to try and make permanent change to become a better man in my own eyes. Last nights epiphany for me, (and I'm sure that others experience other things), is that thoughts or actions start as a foot path, then a trail, then a paved road, and then a superhighway. Once the superhighway is there, it's much harder to stop the traffic, i.e. thoughts or actions....Sure, it sounds simple, and logical, but in this fast paced, information overloaded world, you do not realize that the superhighway is there. Now it's time to demolish some superhighways... Thanks again, and God bless you.
